China Three Gorges Latam, a wholly owned subsidiary of CTGI, was established in September 2020 with the purpose of investing in, developing, constructing, and managing clean energy distribution across Latin America (excluding Brazil). Its objective is to gradually cultivate and strengthen the company’s core competencies in investment, mergers and acquisitions, greenfield project development, legal management, and compliance through diversified growth.
China Three Gorges Latam, una subsidiaria de propiedad de CTGI, se creó en septiembre de 2020 con el objetivo de invertir, desarrollar, construir y administrar la distribución de energía limpia en América Latina (con excepción de Brasil). Su objetivo es cultivar y mejorar gradualmente las competencias básicas de la empresa en inversión, fusiones y adquisiciones, desarrollo de proyectos greenfield, gestión legal y cumplimiento a través de un desarrollo diversificado.
